Training at the heart of our industry
The René Gruau Training Center
Established in 1993, the René Gruau Training Center is designed to train:
- New employees as part of their onboarding process
- Job seekers as part of a vocational guidance and pre-employment program
- Employees from other Gruau Group companies or from outside the Group.
It has enabled the implementation of work integration projects for job seekers (see 135 years contact). Our trainers are salaried employees with professional expertise who are committed to passing on their skills. Our training center features a fully equipped classroom and a training workshop with workstations for hands-on experience in the fundamentals of bodywork construction.
A digital platform for employees
The Gruau Digital Academy
The Gruau Group has always placed human capital at the center of its concerns.
Launched in 2019, the Gruau Digital Academy was designed to enhance employee knowledge and facilitate access to training by providing a digital catalog of rich content.
The implementation of this platform is part of our Corporate Project, one of whose strategic pillars is to develop everyone’s skills to improve the competitiveness and expertise of the Group as a whole.
