Your responsibilities

Are you looking to leverage your expertise in a demanding, dynamic, and customer-oriented environment? Join our Sales Department as Sales Administration Manager and contribute to the company's performance by leading a service essential to the smooth operation of the sales cycle.  
  • Manage and lead the Sales Administration team You will be responsible for a team of 7 employees, supporting them on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure the development of their skills, structure their organisation, and foster an effective team dynamic. You will monitor performance indicators, produce activity reports, organise team meetings, and play an active role in recruitment and the training plan.
 
  • Oversee and secure order processing As the guarantor of the reliability of Sales Administration, you will supervise the entire process: receipt, entry, tracking, and delivery of orders. You will ensure that each stage meets quality, lead-time, and compliance commitments. Depending on requirements, you will also be responsible for monitoring certain strategic supplier orders.
 
  • Oversee invoicing and collections You will ensure that invoices are issued correctly and on time, and coordinate with the accounting team to prevent or resolve any discrepancies or disputes. Your vigilance contributes directly to the smooth flow of financial operations.
 
  • Ensure internal coordination As a key point of contact, you will work closely with the sales, production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams. You will ensure optimal information flow, an essential condition for smooth and reliable order execution.
 
  • Manage performance indicators and continuous improvement You will analyse KPIs (customer satisfaction, lead times, processing rates, data quality, etc.), produce reports for management, and propose corrective or optimisation actions. You will proactively suggest improvements to Sales Administration processes and strengthen operational efficiency.

Candidate profile

With a Bac+2 qualification or equivalent in an administrative or commercial field, you have proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an industrial environment where customer service and control of flows are essential.   You have strong hands-on management skills and know how to support a team over the long term. Comfortable with ERP systems, you also have an advanced command of Excel, essential for analysing data and managing activity. Your analytical mindset and ability to structure processes are real assets in optimising the department’s efficiency.   Autonomous, meticulous, and with an excellent sense of priorities, you know how to manage operational challenges while maintaining an overall perspective. You are recognised for your ability to coordinate teams, streamline internal communication, and deliver sustainable solutions. Your interest in continuous improvement makes you a key contributor to the department’s development.
