On December 11, we had the pleasure of welcoming Prefect Nadège Baptista to the Gruau Laval site.
A moment of rich and engaging exchanges, during which Patrick GRUAU recounted the Gruau Adventure, the 136-year history of our family group, its values, and its 2030 Project built on the pillars of RSS2E (Social, Societal, Economic, and Environmental Responsibility).
This was an opportunity to highlight the wide diversity of Gruau’s professions, our DNA built around Quality and Innovation, as well as the group’s commitment to apprenticeships, a true springboard to employment and a lever for passing on expertise.
Our future projects, which will create jobs in the Mayenne region, were also at the center of discussions.
During this visit, the Prefect was able to tour part of our production workshops, including the security vehicle assembly line, under the passionate gaze of the Gruau teams.
