Your responsibilities
Would you like to bring meaning to your career and join a family-owned company? Join our Saint-Berthevin site as a Supply Planner (M/F) and take part in delivering industrial projects, alongside passionate and committed teams. At the heart of the Supply Chain department and reporting to our Supply Planning Manager, you ensure the balance between demand, production, and material availability. In doing so, you contribute directly to industrial performance and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities: - Plan production activities
You analyse incoming orders and develop a manufacturing plan, taking into account supply constraints and workload/capacity. You monitor the production schedule, ensuring that our customer commitments are met.
After analysing requirements planning, you validate supply proposals in line with supplier capacity and ensure follow-up. Working closely with Purchasing, you anticipate shortages and identify alternative solutions. Your responsiveness helps prevent production stoppages and secures customer deliveries.
- Manage flows and inventory
You keep item parameters up to date in the ERP, manage stock levels in line with the objectives set, and ensure consistency between planning and procurement. Thanks to your overall view, you optimise flows while limiting storage costs.
- Contribute to industrial performance
You support the development of the activity: contributing to workload/capacity analyses, leading planning meetings, and contributing to the Sales and Operations Plan. You are a key contributor to collective performance!
- Contribute to project development
You anticipate needs related to new products and take part in development projects for the activities under your responsibility. In liaison with the design office and technical teams, you integrate supply constraints from the design phase onwards.
Candidate profile
- You have a successful first professional experience in planning, supply management, or a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.
- You hold a two-year post-secondary qualification (BAC+2) in logistics, production management, supply chain, or equivalent. Your training has given you a solid understanding of flows and industrial processes, but above all, your coordination and organisational skills will be key to your success.
Comfortable with IT tools, you are proficient in Excel and have already used an ERP. You can analyse data, adjust a supply plan, and make recommendations to support decision-making. A good level of technical English would be an advantage for communicating with our suppliers. On a personal level, you are recognised for your rigour, analytical skills, and ability to summarise. You can manage priorities, find solutions to unforeseen events, and negotiate with diplomacy and conviction to reconcile internal and external constraints. You enjoy teamwork, communicate smoothly, and naturally contribute to collective success. Your initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement will make you a key pillar of our organisation.
