Your responsibilities

Supervise the manufacturing unit under your responsibility to ensure the production of compliant products within the planned deadlines, at the best cost, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations More specifically, your responsibilities include:

Manage the teams of your manufacturing unit

Lead product and process improvement working groups in your area

Apply, promote, and ensure compliance with internal regulations and the Quality, Safety, and Environmental system

Ensure the production flow from supply to delivery

Act as the internal coordinator for the efficiency of your area's activities

Define work organization in collaboration with your teams

Guarantee quality at each stage of the manufacturing process and release products that meet customer requirements

Analyze and study the performance of your area

Serve as the point of contact for your activity with the sales department

Maintain technical and technological awareness

Support the development of your team members, particularly through training and salary progression

Express your needs and actively participate in recruiting your team

Candidate profile

We are seeking a candidate with a degree ranging from Associate to Master's level in industrial or management fields, or with equivalent professional experience. The candidate must possess the following technical skills:

Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering and/or production management,

Proficiency in computer tools,

Ability to use the ERP functions necessary for the activity.
