These conversions can be fitted to all vehicle brands, thanks to approvals with all French manufacturers and many foreign manufacturers.

Iso-City integrated body
Made to measure, the Iso-City integrated body in sandwich panels of moulded polyester polyurethane, assembled within the original vehicle, adapts perfectly to the bodywork:

Iso-Van add-on body
A one-piece add-on body, on a chassis or cab floor, made from smooth polyester sandwich panels with polyurethane insulation, the Iso-Van body offers a large usable volume while ensuring high strength.

Adapted conversions
Gruau’s design office plays a leading role in adapting new technologies to transfer its solutions to new drivetrains driven by clean powertrains: electric, PHEV or CNG.
In particular, Gruau is working on alternatives to traditional refrigeration units and on increasing the operating autonomy of refrigeration systems.
Cemafroid certification
All Gruau insulated conversions comply with ATP and are certified by Cemafroid, in two classes: class A, chilled, and class C, chilled or frozen down to -20°C.
Gruau is also an approved Cemafroid test centre at its Paris-region site, authorised to carry out the mandatory checks for extending certificates of compliance.
Gruau is also the first light commercial vehicle bodybuilder to have obtained the Certicold Pharma label, the European reference label for compliance of cold-chain equipment for healthcare products. It validates vehicles’ thermal performance and their compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for healthcare products.
