Your responsibilities

For our site based in Saint-Berthevin (53), we are looking for our future Bodywork Painter (M/F). In this role, you will report to the Paint Activity Manager. Your main mission will be to enhance the appearance of vehicles, from small metal parts to complete bodywork. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential to carry out the assignments entrusted to you. Discover below an overview of your future day-to-day work:

Each project has its own specific requirements, so you are able to read and interpret a manufacturing file (process sheet, bill of materials, drawing), enabling you to familiarise yourself with the parts to be painted.

The production phase will be at the heart of your main mission. You apply the paints used with care, and you carry out sealing as required, ensuring a perfect finish.

You will rigorously apply safety protocols and follow technical data sheets meticulously. Your expertise will be put to use, particularly in the use of solvent-based paints, and more rarely in the use of water-based paints.

Finally, rigorous quality control will be an integral part of your work. You will carry out systematic self-checks to ensure that finishes comply with our established standards.

You enjoy hands-on work, and team spirit is important for you to feel fulfilled. The planned working hours are daytime hours, and also 2x8 shifts when activity is higher.

Candidate profile

With a CAP in Automotive Painting or a Vocational Baccalaureate in Automotive Bodywork and Painting, you have several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in an equivalent position. The essentials to join us:

Proficiency in paint technology and the components of liquid paint,

Organisation, rigour and attention to detail,

Good ability to concentrate.
