The “Explore AutoTour #2025” kicked off today. And the first stage took place at the Gruau Laval site.
Organized by the Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications Auto’Mobilités des Pays de la Loire, this unprecedented national program will run until December 11.
The objectives:
– Promote automotive industry careers
– Support employment
– Promote sustainable mobility
All at the heart of the region, within the automotive industries themselves.
For the occasion, the Gruau teams had the pleasure of welcoming partner companies of the event, professional institutions, training organizations, as well as groups of middle and high school students who came to discover the automotive industry careers.
After a presentation of the Group, the students immersed themselves in our production workshops to discover a sample of the range of 80 professions offered by our bodybuilding and manufacturing activity.
The young people then engaged in interactive exchanges with the companies and organizations present: learning while having fun is also what industry is all about!
A moment of rich sharing and exchanges, during which the Gruau teams were able to share their career paths and their development within the company.
