This morning, the historic site of the Gruau Group, located in Laval, welcomed a group of new arrivals for its famous “Gruau Culture Day,” the second in the series.
What is Gruau Culture Day?
It is a day designed to introduce the Gruau Group to new employees from all sites (Laval, Le Mans, Tours, Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, Argentan, Lamballe, Metz… not forgetting Italy, Poland…).
From the group’s birth in 1889 to its evolution over 136 years of existence, the new recruits listened attentively to Patrick GRUAU, current President of the Group and 5th captain of the company, during his presentation of the Gruau Adventure this morning.
After an enjoyable lunch break featuring a team Q game to encourage interaction, colleagues from various sites took advantage of the event to get to know one another, before discovering the production workshops of the Laval plant and its 24-hectare grounds.
Everyone left this evening delighted and imbued with the fine values that bring Gruau employees together: team spirit, shared passion, responsible commitment, and customer culture.
A magnificent day that builds unity and gives meaning to the mission of every person in the company.
