UTILY-TERRE BY NATURE©

A unifying project for everyone

Inscribed in the DNA of our family Group since 1889, the UTILY-TERRE BY NATURE© spirit determines the positive footprint we want to leave on the world. It guarantees the consideration and attention we give to every woman, every man, and every interacting team, all committed to the Gruau Adventure.

The 2030 Project

The Gruau Group’s 2030 Project is cascaded into site and division projects, supplemented each year by action plans. It answers 3 fundamental questions:

  • Who are we? purpose, core business, and values
  • Where are we going? 2030 vision
  • How do we get there? strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

Through its core business as a Manufacturer-Bodybuilder, the Gruau Group’s ambition is to become a committed player for more sustainable, inclusive, and responsible mobility.

Transforming vehicles is more than a job. It is a meaningful commitment. Why? Because the Group intervenes to improve its customers’ daily operations and remains attentive to the evolving needs of society:

  • Increasing urbanization: Ensuring the sustainable distribution of goods and transportation of people.
  • Rural depopulation: Guaranteeing the mobility of essential services in remote areas.
  • Digitalization: Delivering parcels and products using clean, small-scale vehicles.
  • Health security: Supporting the medical and emergency sectors under all circumstances.
  • Food safety: Guaranteeing the cold chain for all perishable goods.
  • Security of people, property, and territories: Turning security vehicles into vectors for social cohesion and protection for all.

Our values

Our values constitute the anchor point of the Gruau culture, which combines positive rigor and “added warmth.” They express the group’s personality and the way we act, bringing us together around shared ways of being.

Our initiatives

Our cross-functional initiatives serve as the means to implement our Corporate Plan. They are dedicated to a single priority: the Group’s performance. They highlight our four values and guide us toward excellence.

The Gruau Group intends to pursue its development responsibly. This is why it is committed to stepping up the actions it has initiated for the planet and the people who inhabit it. The corporate project allows us to establish the guidelines for the years to come.

Gruau Operational Excellence

As an extension of Total Quality, Operational Excellence is the driving force behind Gruau’s performance. This continuous improvement approach involves our employees and partners, placing Customer satisfaction at the heart of our organization.

Gruau Managerial Excellence

Managerial Excellence is an approach led by a community of managers. It reflects their ability to provide meaning and to listen, so that every employee exceeds their limits and gives their best to achieve collective performance.

It is based on a framework centered on principles and practices (individual and collective tools) combining positive rigor and “added warmth.”

G’Innov: Collaborative Innovation

Based on the collective intelligence of working groups open to all, it allows, through the observation of uses and “shadowing” experiences, to imagine and implement the best value-creating Experience for Gruau and its customers.

Pro'G: Project Management

This approach serves our priority of improving our performance.

It aims to better structure our project management.
It defines the key stages required to ensure that milestones are met—from the startup phase to the final delivery—and provides a reference methodology for every employee.

BlueGreen: Being Useful to the Earth

Initiated in 2008, the BlueGreen approach is a sustainable development initiative that is an extension of our corporate project.

For over 20 years, our Corporate project has placed all Group employees at the heart of a framework built on four pillars: social and societal added value, economic sustainability, and environmental commitment.
