Our RSS2E policy has evolved significantly over the last 30 years. Its best expression is reflected today in the the Gruau Group Manifesto.
The common thread of our 2030 Project, it highlights our group’s strong roots, its purpose within Society and its evolutions, and with all its stakeholders: Clients, Employees, and Partners.
The group is at one with the World.
A strategic axis
RSS2E is one of the 6 strategic priorities set out in our corporate project. By 2030, the group is focusing on 3 main types of actions:
- Contributing to environmental protection in our transformations and across our sites.
- Maintaining a high-performance social policy: strengthening training, compensation policy, and attractiveness, while making progress in safety.
- Encouraging the commitment of the company and its employees to community life.
Development at Gruau is naturally sustainable. With over 137 years of history, we have gained experience and memory that forge a strong vision for the future. And this vision is social: 1,500 employees, active participants in the project. It is societal: bringing value to local regions. It is inherently economic and has become a real challenge: being a French industry in the automotive world. It is environmental: helping to make professional mobility clean and protecting our beautiful planet for future generations.
