Your responsibilities

Would you like to bring meaning to your work and grow in an environment where technical expertise and quality are valued? Join our Saint-Berthevin site as a Press Brake Operator (M/F) and take part in the sheet metal workshop activities, alongside passionate and committed teams.

Preparing for Production: Even before starting the machine, you play a key role in quality and safety. You take the time to study the manufacturing file, understand the specific characteristics of each part, and verify material compliance. You then prepare your workstation by installing the appropriate tools and loading the program onto the bending machine.

Executing Production: You carefully produce the first part to validate the settings and ensure a perfect result. Then, you launch series production, controlling each step of the process. You monitor your production, adjust your pace, and ensure real-time quality.

Validating Quality: Your keen eye is a major asset. You perform regular checks to ensure that each part meets quality standards. This vigilance allows you to intervene quickly if needed, prevent defects, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Maintaining Your Workstation: A clean and well-organized workstation is key to efficient work. You clean and tidy your area, maintain your tools, and perform first-level maintenance.

Becoming a Bending Machine Operator within the Gruau Group means participating in this adventure and creating with our hands the components that will shape the vehicles of tomorrow.

The position operates on a staggered 2*8 schedule, alternating between morning and afternoon or/and night shifts depending on activity.
