Network Manager / Sales Representative Île-de-France (M/F)

Your responsibilities

For the Île-de-France region, we are looking for our future Network Manager (M/F).   Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a strategic role in implementing our sales policy, developing our distribution network, and conquering new markets.   As an ambassador for the Gruau and Labbe brands in your sector, you will be responsible for:  
  • Developing brand awareness by ensuring the promotion and sale of our vehicle ranges and solutions to our partners and prospects.
 
  • Managing existing distribution networks (dealerships and distributors) in accordance with the Group's commercial strategy: product policy, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional plans.
 
  • Acquiring new direct customers (local and regional fleets) by handling prospecting, the development of personalized offers, product presentations, and high-quality commercial follow-up to ensure objectives are met.
 
  • Ensuring the link between the field and internal teams by reporting customer needs, expectations, and feedback to fuel product innovation and the evolution of our commercial tools.
 
  • Monitoring and managing your activity via the CRM, by regularly and accurately entering all commercial interactions to allow for rigorous tracking of opportunities and clear performance reporting.
 
  • Conducting product demonstrations and handovers for customers, highlighting the technical and functional strengths of our solutions.
 
  • Representing the Group at professional events (trade fairs, regional meetings) to increase the visibility of our brands, detect new opportunities, and strengthen our partner network.

Candidate profile

You have a 2-year degree in business (BTS, DUT, or equivalent) and possess significant experience in sales, ideally with skills in network management. Experience in the automotive sector, industrial bodywork, or a similar technical environment will be a real asset for success in this position.   In addition to your sales skills, you have an affinity for the product, which is a key success factor in this mission. You have mastered sales and network management techniques, as well as IT tools (Office Suite). Your market analysis skills allow you to identify opportunities and anticipate customer needs. Equipped with a strong customer culture and true commitment, you demonstrate initiative and reliability in managing your missions. Your excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, technical reasoning, and power of persuasion make you a valued and effective contact.   Persevering, tenacious, and results-oriented, you place customer satisfaction and the Group's interests at the heart of your priorities, and you are fully involved in meeting expectations and building lasting relationships of trust. Your empathy and optimism are essential assets for succeeding and thriving in this position.   A valid driver's license is essential, as is availability for frequent travel within the assigned area.   This position is open to people with disabilities.
