The Geo Ham Space
A place to relax and dine
Located in a green setting, at the very heart of the Group’s historic site, Géo Ham is a convivial place dedicated to lunch catering, and to welcoming new employees, clients, and visitors.
More than just a dining area, it reflects the spirit of sharing and closeness that has always driven the Gruau Group.
Conducive to discussions and relaxation, Géo Ham is also a place dedicated to breaks and meetings, in line with our commitment to well-being at work.
Also used as a venue for internal seminars, this warm environment is conducive to reflection and relaxation.

Convivial moments of sharing
As part of our social and societal responsibility approach, we initiate internal and external events throughout the year, fostering team cohesion:
- Gruau Culture Days, dedicated to the integration of new Group employees
- Open Days allowing employees and their families to discover the company for a day
- Group karting evenings to gather and strengthen team cohesion
- Participation in OFNIJEC (Unidentified Floating Objects) for the integration of new employees
- Food truck lunches on site to share convivial moments
- The annual Gruau cross-country race for Mayenne employees, which is part of the corpo 53 cross-country season
- The Christmas party open to employees’ families
