Industrial expertise
Our punching, bending, and welding robots allow us to manufacture our tippers according to a repeatable process with a high level of precision, and final checks on each product at every stage.
Our production line includes an automatic powder coating line with surface treatment, stainless steel shot blasting, double-layer epoxy powder paint, and polyurethane finish.
We use galvanized sheet metal followed by powder coating to ensure good durability, in a wide choice of RAL colors, with a controlled environmental footprint.
Resistant and durable
Whatever the product, steel or aluminum, our design incorporates the highest standards of mechanical resistance and corrosion protection; for this reason, our tippers are tested under demanding conditions to guarantee impeccable quality and an optimal lifespan regardless of the customer’s use:
corrosion resistance, tipper torsion, resistance to heavy loads, watertightness, sideboard resistance, WOM tests for aging resistance…
