Our punching, bending, and welding robots enable us to manufacture our tippers using a repeatable process with a high level of precision and final inspections of each product at every stage.
Our production line includes an automated powder coating system with surface treatment, stainless steel shot blasting, double-layer epoxy powder coating, and polyurethane finishing.
We use galvanized sheet metal followed by powder coating to ensure durability, with a wide range of RAL colours to choose from and a controlled environmental footprint.
