As the European leader in bodywork for Utility Vehicles, Groupe Gruau is looking for talent, primarily for its historic Laval site. The teams are being strengthened to meet major new orders. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In a context marked by unprecedented challenges in the field of mobility, Groupe Gruau has been able, thanks to its multi-specialist bodywork expertise, to secure significant new contracts during 2025. The Laval site will notably welcome on its production lines security vehicles, retrofit (conversion of internal-combustion utility vehicles to electric) for Qinomic, the conversion of TPMR vehicles for Toyota, as well as the production of last-mile delivery vehicles. To fulfil these orders with the on-time delivery and quality standards that characterise Gruau, the Group is launching a recruitment drive with the aim of attracting 30 professionals on permanent contracts and 90 temporary workers immediately, mainly for its Laval site, but also for its sites in Le Mans, Paris and Metz (Sainte-Marie-aux-Ch\u00eanes). <\/p>\n

A wide variety of roles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

As a multi-specialist in bodywork, the Laval-based Group is looking for what makes it strong and distinctive: a wide variety of roles. The positions most in demand are focused on the workshop\/production area, the heart of utility vehicle conversion. Fitters and converters, welders, CNC operators \/ press brake operators, carpenters, painters, mechanics, electricians, decorators, etc., as well as design office methods technicians and design office electrical technicians, construction sales representatives, network managers, etc. <\/p>\n
