In every generation, the Gruau family has contributed to the company\u2019s development by combining ownership of the capital with management responsibilities. The Group\u2019s operational management relies on an Executive Committee made up of three members, as well as a Group Committee bringing together the managers of the functional departments and subsidiaries.
